How we work
We start with a paid discovery week: we read the code, interview two or three users, and come back with a written plan and a fixed price. If the plan does not convince you, the week is where it ends and you keep the document.
After that it is weekly iterations against a shared repository. You get a demo every Thursday and a release candidate every second week.
